- Lead the coordination of project activities to ensure timely delivery and alignment with business goals.
- Mentor junior team members to foster skill development and knowledge sharing.
- Continuously evaluate and improve software development processes to enhance productivity and quality.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP BTP Application Development.
- Strong experience in designing and implementing scalable software solutions using modern development frameworks.
- Ability to work with cloud-based platforms and integrate various services to build comprehensive applications.
- Skilled in agile software development practices, including iterative development and continuous integration.
- Experience in troubleshooting complex software issues and providing effective resolutions.
- Familiarity with software lifecycle management and version control systems.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 12 years of experience in SAP BTP Application Development.
- This position is based at our Chennai office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
