Summary:


Key Responsibilities:



Implement, configure, and support OpenText VIM solutions for SAP.

Analyze business requirements and provide functional solutions for invoice automation and AP processes.

Work on invoice processing, exception handling, VIM workflow configuration, and process optimization.

Integrate VIM with SAP modules and external systems where required.

Support testing, deployment, and production issue resolution.

Collaborate with business stakeholders, technical teams, and integration partners.



Required Skills:



Strong experience in OpenText VIM implementation and support.

Good understanding of SAP Accounts Payable (AP) and Invoice-to-Pay (I2P) business processes.

Basic knowledge of SAP MM and SAP FI modules (AP).

Experience with SAP Ariba integrations related to invoicing.

Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.

Good to Have:

Experience in the Petroleum/Oil & Gas industry.

Exposure to SAP S/4HANA implementations.

Knowledge of tax engine integrations (e.g., Thomson Reuters ONESOURCE/OITD) is desirable.

Knowledge of SAP integration technologies (IDoc, RFC, APIs, CPI/PI/PO).

Experience working in global or multi-country AP environments.
