Summary:
As a Custom Software Engineer, a typical day involves creating tailored software solutions by designing, coding, and improving various components within systems or applications. The role requires working with modern development frameworks and following agile methodologies to ensure the delivery of scalable and efficient software that meets unique business requirements. Collaboration with different teams and continuous refinement of software elements to enhance performance and functionality are key aspects of the daily routine.

Extensive work experience with CFT technologies , which is a middleware technology to communicate with different systems / technologies and tech stack . Good hands-on experience with Axway software product , installation, configuration of flows , migration of flows etc

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements that enhance team productivity and software quality.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and skill development.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Axway Specialized Tools.
- Strong knowledge of software development life cycle and agile methodologies.
- Experience in designing and implementing scalable software components.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues effectively.
- Familiarity with integration techniques and middleware solutions related to Axway tools.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Axway Specialized Tools.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
