- Assist in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues to maintain system performance and reliability.
- Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance to foster professional growth.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktop Administration.
- Strong knowledge of virtualization technologies and remote desktop services.
- Experience in managing and configuring Citrix environments to optimize user experience and system efficiency.
- Ability to monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve issues related to virtual applications and desktops.
- Familiarity with system security practices and ensuring compliance within virtualized environments.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktop Administration.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
