- Lead the integration of custom software components ensuring alignment with project objectives and timelines.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentoring within the team to foster professional growth and technical excellence.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into effective software designs.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Siemens Teamcenter.
- Strong experience in software development lifecycle and agile methodologies.
- Ability to design and implement scalable software architectures.
- Familiarity with modern programming languages and frameworks relevant to custom software development.
- Competence in debugging, testing, and optimizing software components for performance and reliability.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering business-oriented solutions.
