Summary:
As a Custom Software Engineer, your day involves creating tailored software solutions by designing, coding, and improving various components within systems or applications. You engage in collaborative environments that emphasize agile methodologies and modern development frameworks to ensure the delivery of scalable and efficient software. Your work supports the unique requirements of the business, focusing on enhancing system performance and adaptability through continuous innovation and refinement.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and deliver effective software solutions.
- Maintain and update existing software components to improve functionality and user experience.
- Document development processes and code changes to ensure clarity and maintainability.
- Assist junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance on best practices.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in ServiceNow.
- Strong knowledge of software development lifecycle and agile methodologies.
- Experience in customizing and extending ServiceNow applications and modules.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues within ServiceNow environments.
- Familiarity with scripting languages and integration techniques relevant to ServiceNow.
- Understanding of database concepts and data management within enterprise platforms.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in ServiceNow.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
