Summary:
As a Custom Software Engineer, a typical day involves designing and developing tailored software solutions that enhance various system components or applications. The role requires working within dynamic project environments, applying modern development frameworks and agile methodologies to ensure the delivery of scalable and efficient software. Collaboration with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into effective technical implementations is a key aspect of daily activities. Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the coordination of project tasks to ensure timely delivery and quality standards.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and skill development.
- Facilitate communication between stakeholders to align technical solutions with business objectives.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Snowflake Data Warehouse.
- Experience in designing and optimizing data storage and retrieval processes within cloud-based data warehousing environments.
- Strong knowledge of data integration techniques and ETL processes relevant to Snowflake implementations.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex data-related issues to maintain system performance and reliability.
- Familiarity with scripting and automation to streamline data workflows and enhance operational efficiency.

Additional Information:
- Delivery from ATCI India location – Bengaluru (Bellandur)
- 100 Work from Office - candidates must be willing to work fully on-site.
- Work will be performed in a secured bay environment with restricted access on Accenture-issued laptops.
- Readiness for Shift B working (1.30pm to 10.30pm).
- Candidates should be comfortable working under secured bay protocols and access restrictions
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Snowflake Data Warehouse.
- This position is based at our BDC7A - SEZ office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
