Expert proficiency in .NET development, including C#, ASP.NET Core, Web APIs, and modern application architectures
Advanced proficiency in React for building responsive and scalable front-end applications
Experience with Next.js and modern JavaScript/TypeScript frameworks
Experience designing and developing full-stack applications in enterprise environments
Knowledge of Content Management Systems (CMS) and content-driven application architectures
Experience with RESTful APIs, microservices, and system integrations
Solid understanding of software design patterns, clean architecture, and object-oriented programming principles
Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
Knowledge of CI/CD practices and DevOps methodologies
Strong problem-solving, analytical, and debugging skills
Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
Ability to mentor and guide team members on technical best practices
English C1 or above

Responsibilities

→Design, develop, and maintain custom software solutions across front-end and back-end components
→Build scalable and high-performing applications using .NET, React.js, and Next.js
→Translate business requirements into robust technical solutions and application features
→Develop and enhance system integrations, APIs, and reusable software components
→Collaborate with architects, developers, product owners, and business stakeholders to deliver innovative solutions
→Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for .NET and full-stack development practices
→Contribute to technical discussions and support key architectural and design decisions
→Perform code reviews and promote software quality, maintainability, and security best practices
→Analyze complex technical challenges and propose efficient, scalable solutions
→Support and mentor team members, fostering collaboration and continuous learning
→Ensure applications meet performance, reliability, scalability, and user experience requirements
→Contribute to the continuous improvement of development methodologies, standards, and engineering practices
→Engage proactively with stakeholders to align technical deliverables with business goals
