Summary:
As a Large Language Model Architect, you will be responsible for architecting large language models that are capable of processing and generating natural language. Your typical day will involve designing neural network parameters and working with extensive datasets to ensure the models are trained effectively on large quantities of unlabeled text data. You will collaborate with various teams to refine model performance and contribute to innovative solutions in the field of natural language processing.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be a Subject Matter Expert with deep knowledge and experience.
- Should have influencing and advisory skills.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
- Mentor junior professionals in best practices and model development techniques.
- Continuously evaluate and improve model performance based on feedback and new research.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Large Language Models.
- Strong understanding of neural network architectures and their applications.
- Experience with natural language processing techniques and tools.
- Familiarity with data preprocessing and augmentation methods.
- Ability to analyze and interpret model performance metrics.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 15 years of experience in Large Language Models.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
