Summary:
As a Packaged or Software as a Service Application Engineer, a typical day involves configuring and supporting packaged or cloud-based applications to meet evolving business requirements. This role includes managing application releases, ensuring system stability, and adapting features to align with organizational needs. The engineer works with various tools and platforms to maintain compatibility and optimize performance, collaborating with stakeholders to deliver reliable and efficient solutions within a dynamic environment.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become a subject matter expert.
- Required active participation and contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and implement application enhancements.
- Monitor application performance and troubleshoot issues to maintain optimal system functionality.
- Document configuration changes and maintain knowledge base articles for future reference.
- Assist junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance on best practices.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in ServiceNow.
- Experience in configuring and customizing ServiceNow modules to meet business needs.
- Strong understanding of APIs and integration techniques within ServiceNow environments.
- Ability to utilize low-code platforms and standard tools for application development and maintenance.
- Familiarity with release management processes and ensuring system stability during updates.
- Skilled in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues to maintain application performance.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in ServiceNow.
- This position is based at our M2B - STPI location.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
