Summary:
As a Packaged or Software as a Service Application Engineer, a typical day involves configuring and supporting packaged or cloud-based applications to meet evolving business requirements. This role includes managing application releases, ensuring system stability, and adapting features to align with organizational needs. The position requires working with various tools and platforms to maintain compatibility and optimize performance, while continuously monitoring and improving the application environment to support seamless operations across teams.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements within the application lifecycle.
- Mentor junior team members to enhance their skills and support their professional growth.
- Coordinate cross-functional communication to ensure alignment on project goals and deliverables.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in ServiceNow.
- Experience in configuring and customizing ServiceNow applications to meet business requirements.
- Strong understanding of APIs and integration techniques within ServiceNow environments.
- Ability to utilize low-code platforms and tools to develop and maintain scalable solutions.
- Knowledge of release management processes and best practices to ensure system stability.
- Familiarity with troubleshooting and resolving issues in packaged or SaaS applications.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in ServiceNow.
- This position is based at our Pune office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
