ファイナンス、リスクマネジメント、コンプライアンスの専門知見とテクノロジー活用を組み合わせ、金融クライアントの企業変革を支援します。　

・金融リスク管理高度化（バーゼル・グローバル規制対応、市場・信用・流動性リスク、モデルリスク、ALM、XVA/PFE）

・金融コンプライアンス対応（コンダクトリスク、金融犯罪コンプライアンス、不公正取引監視、Fraud Prevention、グローバルコントロールルーム、サイバーセキュリティ）

・グローバル経営管理（グローバル組織体制、データを共通言語としたマネジメントの導入、経営の見える化、形骸化した管理の廃止、経営層も巻き込んだチェンジマネジメント）

・会計業務高度化（グローバル標準業務プロセス・システムの構想、グローバル会計制度対応、各社の業務を標準に揃えるBPR）

・全社コスト構造改革(全社コストの可視化、ガバナンスモデルの構築)

・グローバルオペレーティングモデル構想(BPO活用、本社リソースの付加価値業務シフト、ゼロベース組織デザイン(Zero-Based Organization))

・デジタルエンタープライズ推進（ゼロベースでのデジタル化を前提とした業務プロセス設計、プロセスのデジタル化企画・推進(AI・OCR・RPA・ワークフロー等)）
