AI/Gen AI Expertise: Proven experience in defining, managing, or delivering projects with a significant AI or Gen AI component. Ability to advise clients on AI strategy, identify high-impact use cases, and build actionable adoption roadmaps.

Business–Technology Bridge: Skilled at translating business needs into AI solutions, acting as the primary interface between stakeholders and technical teams, and driving agile delivery of AI-enabled products.

Gen AI Knowledge: Strong understanding of LLMs, prompt engineering, and enterprise applications, with familiarity across major AI platforms (Azure AI, Google Cloud AI, AWS AI) and integration into enterprise systems (SAP, Salesforce, ServiceNow).

Responsible AI: Awareness of AI governance, ethics, and risk frameworks, with experience in guiding clients on responsible AI adoption.

Domain Depth (at least one area desirable):

PRD (CGS, Products) – Aftermarket services, customer experience, FSM, SAP platforms, and process mining with Data/AI-enabled transformation.

Automobile & Industrial – SDV enablement, connected/EV/autonomous vehicles, mobility solutions (MaaS, diagnostics), compliance & safety standards (ISO 26262, ASPICE, UN-R155).

Platforms (SAP, PTC, NVIDIA) – Expertise in SAP PPM/PS/CPM/CPQ/EWM and emerging platforms (PTC, NVIDIA, Honeywell). Application of AI, automation, and process mining to optimize enterprise platforms.

MedTech / Pharma – SaMD, SiMD, biopharma platforms (Salesforce, IQVIA, Veeva), QMS systems(Trackwise, Veeva), GxP compliance, and digital engineering for R&D, QA/QC.

H&PS / Utilities (Smart Cities, Public Sector) – Smart metering, iCCC, worker safety, waste & sustainability, with expertise in Digital Twins, GIS, IoT and AI use casesfor governance and service delivery.

A&D & CMT – Product lifecycle & design transformation using PLM/ALM (JIRA, ADO, Confluence, PTC, Servigistics), plus SDLC processes, warranty, and tech publications.

Consulting Acumen: Proven track record in digital transformation, multi-disciplinary team leadership, and executive stakeholder engagement in technology-intensive industries.
