Responsibilities

→Design cloud-native microservices, implementing RESTful APIs
→Develop clean, well-tested and maintainable code backend powering complex backend systems
→Drive research and development of new frameworks and/or design patterns, delivering the next generation solutions to the client
→Collaboration with stakeholders and development team, coaching team members

Requirements

3+ years hands on experience engineering backend systems with Java / Kotlin
At least one Java framework (Spring, Micronaut, Dropwizard, etc.)
Proficiency in developing contemporary REST APIs
Experience with SQL/NoSQL databases
Strong unit / integration testing experience
EU citizenship (due to project)

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Software Engineering
Experience using Docker/Kubernetes
Java certification
Cloud certification (AWS, Azure, GCP, etc.)
