Project Role Description : Resolve incidents and problems across multiple business system components and ensure operational stability. Create and implement Requests for Change (RFC) and update knowledge base articles to support effective troubleshooting. Collaborate with vendors and help service management teams with issue analysis and resolution.

Summary:
As a Technology Support Engineer, your typical day will involve resolving incidents and problems across various business system components to ensure operational stability. You will create and implement Requests for Change, updating knowledge base articles to facilitate effective troubleshooting. Collaboration with vendors and service management teams will be essential for issue analysis and resolution, ensuring a seamless operational flow throughout the organization.

- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Assist in the development and implementation of best practices for incident management.
- Engage in continuous learning to stay updated with the latest technologies and methodologies.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in VMware Datacenter Virtualization Architecture and Design.
- Strong understanding of virtualization technologies and their applications.
- Experience with troubleshooting and resolving virtualization-related issues.
- Familiarity with network configurations and storage solutions in a virtualized environment.
- Ability to document processes and create knowledge base articles for future reference.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in VMware Datacenter Virtualization Architecture and Design.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
