- Coordinate with vendors and service management teams to facilitate issue resolution.
- Oversee the implementation of change requests while minimizing operational disruptions.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and enhance team capabilities.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Cloud Infrastructure.
- Strong knowledge of cloud service models and deployment architectures.
- Experience with incident management and problem resolution in cloud environments.
- Ability to design and implement Requests for Change with minimal impact on operations.
- Familiarity with vendor management and collaboration for technical issue resolution.
- Skilled in maintaining and updating technical documentation and knowledge bases.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Cloud Infrastructure.
- This position is based at our BDC7A - SEZ location.
