Summary:
As a Web Developer, a typical day involves designing, constructing, and thoroughly testing web-based applications that support various components of a website. The role includes editing and updating site content to ensure relevance and accuracy. Additionally, documenting technical designs and specifications is a key part of the daily routine. Continuous research to integrate the latest content and improvements into websites is also essential, ensuring that the web presence remains current and effective. Collaboration with different teams to align web functionalities with overall project goals is a regular aspect of the workday.

- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
- Lead the development and implementation of web applications ensuring high quality and performance.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to align project objectives and deliverables.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and skill development.
- Continuously evaluate and improve web development processes and methodologies.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Spring Boot.
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with Python (Programming Language), Hadoop Administration, Java Full Stack Development.
- Strong knowledge of web technologies including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Experience in building scalable and maintainable web applications.
- Familiarity with RESTful API design and integration.
- Ability to troubleshoot and optimize application performance.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 12 years of experience in Spring Boot.
- This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
