We are actively recruiting for a Program Manager with a current TS/SCI w/ Poly to support our Network Solutions Division, based in Northern Virgnina.

Required Education and Experience:

Bachelor’s degree (or 10+ years IC experience in lieu)
TS/SCI with poly
Minimum 10 years program management (IT contracts), incl. 5+ years managing multi-project programs
Managed $20M+ in contracts
Managed 3+ concurrent IT projects totaling 25+ FTE and 5+ subs/vendors
Maintained ≥95% compliance with contract SLAs/KPIs; delivered ≥85% of contract deliverables on schedule

Desired Skills and Experience:

PMP certification
Experience with complex federal IT programs
Leadership in industry best practices
Strong innovation/change management
