The Culture Programs & Activation Specialist designs and delivers employee-facing program activation that helps leaders and employees understand, access, and adopt key culture mechanisms. This role coordinates execution of selected culture programs, including wellness initiatives, through clear plans, calendars, and adoption supports, and produces practical leader-ready materials that enable consistent rollout and reinforcement. The Specialist ensures program activation is relevant for both corporate and frontline environments, partners closely with Culture & Experience program owners to keep materials usable and aligned, and coordinates with internal corporate communications as needed to ensure appropriate channel use and message alignment.
Responsibilities

- →Create leader-ready activation materials such as talking points, email drafts, intranet content inputs, and simple toolkits that support adoption.
- →Maintain a coordinated culture activation calendar aligned to the Culture & Experience portfolio and key enterprise moments.
- →Lead wellness program execution through a structured activation approach, including program planning, promotion strategy, and participant experience design across the ACG footprint.
- →Maintain wellness-related intranet content, program calendar inputs, and employee-facing resources so materials remain current, easy to find, and practical to use.
- →Translate culture priorities into clear, employee-friendly materials, tailoring for frontline and non-desk audiences where needed.
- →Partner with stakeholders to collect stories, examples, and best practices that reinforce desired behaviors and strengthen credibility.
- →Coordinate with internal corporate communications to align messaging, confirm accuracy, and select appropriate channels for distribution.
- →Track basic effectiveness signals (feedback themes, participation trends, participation indicators) and recommend improvements to increase clarity and adoption.
- →Build reusable templates and activation standards that reduce rework and improve consistency across culture program rollouts.
Requirements

Education (include minimum education and any licensing/certifications):
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Communications, Marketing, Organizational Development, or a related field required, or an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
Experience:
- 4 years of experience in employee programs, engagement, wellness coordination, internal program activation, or related work required.
- Experience supporting programs for distributed or frontline employee populations preferred.
Skills:
- Ability to translate program intent into practical activation materials and resources that leaders can use.
- Strong writing and message framing skills, with the ability to simplify complex topics into usable materials.
- Strong project management skills, including planning, timelines, and stakeholder coordination.
- Strong partnership skills and judgment in coordinating with corporate communications and other teams.
This position is currently able to work remotely from a home office location for day-to-day operations unless occasional travel for meetings, collaborative activities, or team building activities is specified by leadership. This is subject to change based on amendments and/or modifications to the ACG Flex Work policy.

Compensation
The annual salary range for this position is $52,000 - $75,000 with annual bonus potential, based on performance.
