● Job Title: Locum CRNA ● Employment Status: 1099 ● Job Type: Locum / Contract ● Location: Northeastern Arizona ● Duration: Ongoing, PRN needs: August 24-30, September 21-25, September 28-October 9 ● Shifts: Various shifts available but primary shift is 7:00 am - 5:00 pm. ● Call: Required – every 12th week. Primary call is in house. Secondary call - 30 minute response time. ● Case Types: General, Ortho, OB/Gyn (TOLACs/VBACs) ● Credentialing Timeframe: 60-90 days ● EMR: Cerner ● Supervision Model: Independent, all CRNA practice. ● Special Considerations: Must be proficient in epidurals, spinals and ultrasound guided blocks. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong clinical skills, sound judgment, and a patient-centered approach to care. Requirements ● Current certification as a CRNA by the National Board on Certification and Recertification of Nurse Anesthetists (NBCRNA) ● Valid, unrestricted RN and CRNA licenses in Arizona. ● Minimum of 1–3 years of CRNA experience preferred; proficiency in epidurals, spinals and US guided blocks is required. ● Strong clinical knowledge and ability to provide anesthesia care to diverse patient populations ● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with patients, families, and the care team ● BLS, ACLS and PALS are required; Other advanced certifications as applicable.
