● Job Title: Locum CRNA ● Employment Status: 1099 ● Job Type: Locum / Contract ● Location: Central Minnesota ● Duration: 3-6 months ● Shifts: 7am-3pm and one will stay until 5:30pm ● Call: Once a week and a few weekends with a 30 minute call response time ● Case Types: Endo, OB/GYN, Peds, General, Ortho, ENT, Total Joints, Blocks ● Credentialing Timeframe: 60-90 days but temps are available with a clear background/malpractice history and an active, unrestricted license ● EMR: Epic ● Supervision Model: Independent ● Special Considerations: Must have state DEA. This is a Trauma Level 3.
