There is some pediatric anesthetics which include dental restoration and ENT. No CV, Vascular or Neuro cases. ● Special Requirements: CRNAs need to be proficient in central lines, epidurals, and spinals. Facility is willing to train if needed. CRNAs are also able to place peripheral nerve blocks if desired, but they're normally done by an MD. ● Staffing Grid: 5 CRNAs and 1 MD Job Summary: We are looking for the final CRNA to complete our growing team at a well-supported facility in El Dorado, AR. This is an outstanding opportunity for a CRNA seeking strong compensation, clinical autonomy, and a collaborative environment with a manageable call schedule. You’ll join a team of 5 CRNAs and 1 MD, covering a diverse range of cases with the option to participate in blocks and procedures that expand your skills. With $335,000 (1099) compensation, 10 weeks off, and the flexibility to pick up extra work nearby, this position delivers on both work-life balance and career development. Requirements ● Current certification as a CRNA by the National Board on Certification and Re-Certification of Nurse Anesthetists (NBCRNA). ● Valid, unrestricted RN and CRNA licenses in Arkansas. (Currently, or willing to obtain) ● Minimum of 0-1 years of experience as a CRNA, with proficiency in central lines, epidural and spinal cases. ● Strong clinical knowledge and ability to perform anesthesia management for diverse patient populations. ● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with patients, families, and the healthcare team. ● Ability to adapt to changing clinical situations and deliver optimal patient care. ● BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications are required.
