Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) – Pediatric Outpatient (Part time, Westlake)

• →Provide speech language therapy services to pediatric clients in an outpatient setting
• →Evaluate, diagnose, and treat a range of communication disorders including articulation, language, social communication, and AAC needs
• →Create individualized treatment plans in partnership with families and the care team
• →Provide family education and home programs to support carryover between sessions
• →Collaborate with OT, PT, and other team members to support whole child outcomes
• →Complete documentation in a timely manner consistent with therapy department and agency standards
• →Participate in supervision, departmental meetings, and professional development

• Current Ohio SLP license or eligibility for licensure in the State of Ohio
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team approach

• Pediatric experience through work, internship, externship, or clinical placement
• Familiarity with AAC, sign language, and play based intervention strategies
• Strong time management and documentation skills
