Your Impact
We are looking for an amazing Technical Support Engineer to join our dynamic, globally acting GTS Support team. In this role, you will:
  • Support hardware and software installations for our security products, with an expanding acre cloud portfolio for Access and Intrusion solutions.
  • Manage technical support using helpdesk software.
  • Provide solution concepts and helpful guidance for resolution, analysis for complex troubleshooting when needed.
  • Perform technical expert training for our customers and contribute to our growing professional service offerings, including customized installation as well as API programming support

What You’ll Do
In addition to the above, your key responsibilities will include:
  • Contribute to in-depth troubleshooting of software and hardware issues, including analyzing log files to ensure high product performance and reliability.
  • Collaborate with your Manager and the relevant software and hardware stakeholders to resolve raised issues.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to investigate and resolve issues within cloud infrastructures to deliver high-quality solutions
  • Maintain and contribute to GTS online knowledge base articles.
  • Document and report identified product issues ensuring consistent descriptions.

What You'll Bring
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
  • A bachelor’s degree in technical sciences, with additional qualifications in IT (Cloud/Networks) preferred or comparable knowledge acquired by experience
  • Strong understanding and hands-on experience with database structures
  • Programming experience would be a plus: cloud platforms like AWS/Azure, CRM/ERP systems. C#, Python, SQL, Flutter, and MongoDB.
  • Proven ability to set up and deliver high-level technical training
  • Experience in creating, updating, and maintaining technical documentation
  • Solid background in project management
  • Analysis competency in combination with a pragmatic realisation mindset
