ActionAid Zimbabwe seeks to recruit for the following position:

GRANTS AND COMPLIANCE OFFICER (HARARE)

Reporting to the Finance Manager, the Grants and Compliance Officer will support grant management, donor compliance, financial accountability and audit readiness. The role will work closely with Finance, Programmes, Resource Mobilisation teams and partners to ensure compliance with donor requirements and organisational policies.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Degree in Accounting, Finance or related field.
• Part-qualified or professional accounting qualification (ACCA, CIMA, CPA) is an added advantage.
• Minimum three (3) years’ experience in NGO finance, grants management or donor compliance.
• Experience working with institutional donors and donor-funded projects.
• Knowledge of project accounting, budgeting, financial reporting, and compliance systems.
• Strong analytical, organisational, and communication skills.
• High level of integrity, attention to detail, and ability to meet deadlines.
• Proficiency in accounting systems and Microsoft Excel.
