Restaurant Floor Manager

• →Lead, motivate, and develop the restaurant front-of-house team to consistently deliver exceptional service.
• →Oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring efficient service flow and adherence to luxury hospitality standards.
• →Serve as a visible presence on the floor, actively engaging with guests and anticipating their needs.
• →Manage reservations, seating strategies, guest relations, and service recovery efforts.
• →Monitor and maintain the highest standards of presentation, cleanliness, and brand consistency.
• →Collaborate closely with culinary, beverage, and hotel operations teams to ensure a seamless guest experience.
• →Support recruitment, onboarding, coaching, and performance management initiatives.
• →Ensure compliance with company policies, food safety regulations, and health and safety standards.
• →Contribute to revenue growth through effective floor management, sales awareness, and guest engagement.

• Minimum 3 years of management experience within a luxury restaurant, hotel, or resort environment.
• Strong knowledge of fine dining service standards and guest experience management.
• Proven leadership ability with experience developing high-performing teams.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict-resolution skills.
• Highly organized with the ability to perform under pressure while maintaining exceptional attention to detail.
• Demonstrated commitment to professionalism, discretion, and service excellence.
• Food safety certification and familiarity with restaurant POS systems preferred

Salary: USD$55,000.00 - USD$75,000.00 per annum
