Responsibilities

We're seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Leasing Manager who can oversee leasing operations while supporting the daily functions of the community. In this role, you will:

→Lease apartments to maintain strong occupancy and contribute to revenue goals
→Manage rent collection, posting of rent, and issuance of late notices
→Assist with accepting move out notices, service requests, and resident transfer requests
→Support managerial duties and help ensure smooth daily operations
→Maintain confidentiality of all resident information and documentation
→Prepare reports, administrative paperwork, and required leasing documentation
→Assist in maintaining an active social media presence to increase visibility and generate traffic
→Support, coach, and help develop the Leasing Agent to strengthen leasing performance
→Provide exceptional customer service to residents and prospective renters
→Work collaboratively with the Property Manager and onsite team to support community success

Minimum 2 Years previous experience as an Assistant Manager in the apartment industry with strong leasing experience (REQUIRED)
Strong sales and leasing skills with a proven ability to close
Excellent customer service and communication abilities
Professional demeanor, appearance, and work ethic
Flexible schedule – some weekends are REQUIRED
Social media or marketing content creation experience strongly preferred
Stable work history
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus, but not required
Important: Candidates must live within a 20-mile radius of the property or be willing to relocate.

Salary Range: $21-$24/hour
