• As Group Governance Specialist, you develop, update, and maintain IT policies and procedures, ensuring they are clear, practical, and fit for a regulated banking environment
• The alignment of IT frameworks with regulatory requirements and industry best practices falls under your governance
• You own the management of IT audit findings, including remediation planning, progress tracking, and successful closure
• You identify, assess, and continuously monitor IT risks, including the coordination and execution of RCSAs
• You perform outsourcing and vendor risk assessments, ensuring third party risks are transparent and well controlled
• You steer and coordinate IT Asset Management at Group level, ensuring asset registers are accurate, complete, and audit ready
• You are responsible for defining and maintaining standards for IT assets, covering lifecycle management, criticality, and risk classification
• You monitor outsourced IT services and vendor performance, proactively identifying governance gaps and improvement areas
• You support IT projects with governance, risk, and compliance expertise, helping teams deliver securely and in line with expectations
• You prepare clear, concise IT governance and risk reports for IT management and key stakeholders

• You bring experience in IT Governance, IT Risk, IT Asset Management, or IT Audit, ideally within banking or financial services
• You understand regulatory and outsourcing requirements and know how to translate them into practical controls
• You work in a structured, detail oriented way and communicate confidently with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• You are comfortable working independently while collaborating across multiple teams and countries
• You are fluent in English; German is a plus and highly appreciated
