Adelphi is seeking physicians to provide care to patients at a correctional facility in Virginia. The physicians will provide general medical services including examinations and treatment to the inmate population. Complexity: • Applies knowledge of medical principles and practices and skill in the use of medical instruments, equipment, and procedures. • Ability to accurately examine, diagnose, counsel, and treat a variety of patients. • Frequently consults on matters relating to medical treatment with: patients and their families; medical, clinical, or other professional staff; and insurance companies.
