JOB OVERVIEW Job Id: Y-MD-3457994 Profession: Physician Specialty: Hematology & Oncology Job Type: Locum Tenens Location: Lorain, OH Service Setting: Outpatient Coverage Type: Clinical Only Coverage Period: Nov 16, 2026 – May 17, 2027 Clinical Shift Schedule: 2-4 days per week, 8a – 5p PATIENT INFORMATION Patient Volume/Census: ~15 patients per day FACILITY INFORMATION EMR System: Epic Reason for Coverage: Patient Care PRIVILEGES & COMPLIANCE Credentialing Timeline: 2-3 months JOB REQUIREMENTS Board: Hematology, Medical Oncology DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES Provide comprehensive hematology and medical oncology care to patients in an outpatient setting. Manage approximately 15 patient encounters per day. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including RNs, MAs, APPs, dieticians, and social workers. Utilize Epic EMR for documentation and order entry. Maintain board certification in Hematology and Medical Oncology.
