Round on assigned patients and assist house officers with patient needs during weekend call coverage. Manage admissions and discharges for an average daily census of 15 patients. Participate in weekend call rotation, approximately one in seven weekends, with four hours gratis each day. Adapt to an attending or consultant role as assignment needs dictate.
