Responsibilities
~1 min read- →Layout of production line – creating, optimizing (Autocad)
- →Process flow chart – creating and reviewing
- →Risks analyses (PFMEA) – creating and reviewing
- →Manufacture feasibility analysis (DFA/DFM)
- →Monitor assembly process and equipment for current production
- →Technical changes of the process and production – responsibility for their developing, testing and implementing
- →Operating times (MTM) – their determining and defining of their distribution on the production line
- →Technological procedures (ODS) for new products and serial production – their developing, implementing and updating
- →Determining of parameters of machines and equipment
- →Support & stimulate continuous improvement process in plants (LEAN, KAIZEN, DO IT)
Requirements
~1 min read- University degree/High school - mechanical or industrial engineering
- Good knowledge of English (on a communication level)
- PFMEA – work experience
- 2 years’ experience in a similar position
- AutoCAD – working knowledge
- Time measurement system (MTM preferred) – working knowledge
- Reading of technical drawings
- Standard PC skills, experience in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint etc.
