Enterprise Architect

Enterprise Architect（EA）は、Adobeの日本国内エンタープライズ顧客に対し、Digital Experience領域における高品質なソリューションデリバリーを牽引する、戦略的テクノロジーガイドです。

お客様のビジネスゴールとAdobeソリューションを、スケーラブルで統合的なアーキテクチャによって整合させます。プロジェクト単位のCustom Serviceと、サブスクリプション型のIntegrated Servicesの双方にまたがる、数少ない横断的な戦略ロールです。

EAは以下の3つのフェーズでお客様に伴走します。

• Plan and align：アーキテクチャDiscoveryの実施、将来アーキテクチャの定義、ITストラテジーとの整合

• Design and guide：統合・データフローの提言、クロスソリューションのアーキテクチャガイダンス、技術設計のレビューと検証

• Enable and Optimize：価値の検証、ROIの実証、成功事例の発掘

主な業務内容

• Adobe Experience Cloudを横断する、サードパーティ連携を含むエンドツーエンドのアーキテクチャ設計

• 複雑なビジネス要件を技術ソリューションへ変換し、デリバリーチームの活動をお客様のビジネス目標に整合させる

• プロジェクトスコープ・見積り・リソース配分・進行計画の立案

• ビジネス部門、IT部門、パートナー、経営層など関係者を巻き込んだロードマップ策定

• グローバルデリバリーチーム、パートナーエコシステムと連携したプロジェクト推進と、技術成果物の品質レビュー

• Agentic AIを含むAEM / Adobe Experience Cloudの先進機能を調査し、新しいサービスモデルの開発に貢献

The Enterprise Architect (EA) operates as the principal strategic technology guide and technical force behind delivering high-quality Digital Experience solutions to Adobe's enterprise customers in Japan.

The EA ensures customer business goals match Adobe solutions through scalable, integrated architectures that generate sustained value. This cross-functional strategic position operates within both Custom Service, which is project-focused consulting, and Integrated Services, Adobe's subscription advisory service. Few roles span these two engagement approaches.

The EA partners with customers across three phases:

• Plan and align: Conduct architecture discovery sessions, define future-state solution architecture, and align Adobe solutions with IT strategy

• Design and guide: Recommend integration and data flows, provide cross-solution architecture guidance, review and validate technical designs, and advise on governance and scalability

• Enable and Optimize: Verify and validate value, measure path to value and return on investment, and find opportunities to showcase success
