Customer-facing experiences in TypeScript, React, and Adobe Spectrum that make diagnostics and troubleshooting intuitive at enterprise scale
Scalable backend services and APIs in Kotlin, built cloud-native (Azure and AWS)
Observability, diagnostics, and workflow intelligence across end2end flows from AEP & Apps
Proactive monitoring and self-service diagnostics so customers detect and resolve issues without filing a ticket
Agents layered on top of existing capabilities -reasoning over the same observability and diagnostics signals to surface, explain, and act on operational problems
Services you own from design through live operation, with defined SLOs
We hire for demonstrated delivery, not credential accumulation. Strong candidates show:
Full-stack fluency - you move between a React component and a JVM service without friction, and you know where a problem actually lives
Production ownership - you've shipped services that operate at scale, degrade gracefully, and recover without a human in the loop
Customer-to-capability translation - you turn what a customer needs into a working platform feature, not just what the ticket says
AI-augmented execution - you use AI-assisted tools (Claude Code, Cursor, GitHub Copilot, or equivalent) as a standard part of how you design, build, and review
System-level thinking - you understand not just how distributed systems work, but why a given tradeoff was right for the context
TypeScript · React · Adobe Spectrum - frontend
Kotlin (or Java with strong Kotlin interest) - backend services
Kubernetes · AWS / Azure - containerized, cloud-native deployment
Event-driven architectures · large-scale data systems - the workloads you observe
Observability tooling · CI/CD · automated testing - how it stays reliable
Typical Background
6+ years building production software full-stack. What matters is what that
experience produced, not the year count.
Nice to have: experience building monitoring or observability tooling;
enterprise SaaS; SRE, platform reliability, or DevOps practice.
