Director, Front-End Engineering Delivery

• →Lead day-to-day delivery coordination for front-end initiatives across our web platform and global marketing sites
• →Help orchestrate work across design, front-end engineering, back-end engineering, product, business stakeholders, and content operations to ensure priorities are clear and projects continue moving
• →Provide project-level oversight by reviewing work in flight, identifying risks or blockers, and helping shepherd initiatives through to completion
• →Partner closely with UX/UI designers and engineers to ensure static designs are translated into high-quality, performant, accessible front-end experiences
• →Bring strong front-end fluency in React, Next.js, Node.js, and Tailwind CSS to guide implementation quality, support sound technical decisions, and help unblock the team when needed
• →Ensure front-end solutions align with WCAG AA accessibility standards and front-end best practices
• →Conduct code reviews and implementation reviews to maintain consistency, scalability, maintainability, and quality
• →Support front-end architecture and delivery planning decisions in partnership with engineering and product peers
• →Mentor and guide front-end engineers, fostering a collaborative, accountable, and growth-oriented team environment
• →Help create clarity across multiple concurrent efforts by driving communication, follow-through, and coordination across stakeholders
• →Apply an understanding of technical SEO, GEO, and AIO considerations to support discoverability, performance, and digital experience effectiveness across both traditional search and LLM-driven experiences
• →Leverage experience with Sitecore CMS to support front-end integration where applicable
• →Stay current with emerging front-end technologies, development practices, and digital experience trends
• →Experience with marketing technologies, lead generation strategies, and CRO is a plus, contributing to optimization of user engagement and conversion

• Proven experience leading front-end delivery for large-scale websites or digital platforms in a fast-paced environment
• Strong front-end development fluency with React, Next.js, Node.js, and TailwindCSS
• Demonstrated ability to oversee and coordinate front-end work while maintaining a strong eye for implementation quality and delivery progress
• Experience translating static designs into high-fidelity, responsive, and performant front-end components
• Strong understanding of WCAG AA accessibility guidelines and experience supporting accessible web experiences
• Demonstrated understanding of the technical foundations of SEO, GEO, and AIO, including optimization techniques that improve discoverability and performance across traditional search engines and LLM-driven experiences
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively across cross-functional teams and keep complex workstreams aligned and moving forward
• Experience conducting code reviews and guiding front-end quality, consistency, and scalability
• Experience with Sitecore CMS is highly desirable
• Familiarity with marketing and lead generation tools or strategies is a plus
• Excellent organizational, communication, and collaboration skills
• Strong judgment, problem-solving ability, and attention to detail
• Passion for mentoring and developing engineering talent
• Familiarity with AI coding tools
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, related field, or equivalent experience
