Director, Product Marketing (Lyric HCM)
Overview
ADP is hiring a Director, Product Marketing.
Organizations today are rethinking how they manage their workforce, adapt to constant change, and deliver better employee experiences. At ADP, we're building innovative human capital management solutions that help organizations simplify complexity, make more confident workforce decisions, and support the evolving needs of their people.
Great products don't always tell their own story. We're looking for a product marketer who enjoys the work of turning product innovation into messaging, launches, sales content, customer stories, and go-to-market programs that drive business results.
In this role, you'll own product marketing across assigned solution domains within ADP's Lyric HCM portfolio. You'll partner with Product Management, Sales, Marketing, Competitive Intelligence, and Analyst Relations to create the positioning, messaging, and customer-facing content that helps buyers understand why ADP is different and why it matters.
Success requires a blend of strategic thinking and hands-on execution. You'll spend as much time building as you do planning, creating the deliverables that customer-facing teams use every day and translating market insights into actions that improve commercial outcomes.
This role is an individual contributor position with significant ownership and impact. If you're energized by creating, writing, launching, enabling, and continuously improving how products go to market, we'd love to meet you.
What You'll Do
On a typical day, you will:
- Develop positioning, messaging, and value propositions across assigned Lyric HCM solution domains.
- Create compelling narratives that help customers understand ADP's differentiated value and business impact.
- Produce core product marketing deliverables, including messaging frameworks, sales content, presentations, solution narratives, customer-facing assets, and launch materials.
- Partner with Product Management to translate product strategy, roadmap investments, and innovation into clear and compelling market stories.
- Lead messaging and go-to-market planning for product launches, enhancements, and market introductions.
- Develop buyer personas, customer journey insights, and market segmentation strategies to improve engagement and adoption.
- Equip Sales and Marketing teams with the content, messaging, and tools needed to communicate ADP's value effectively.
- Analyze customer feedback, market trends, competitive dynamics, and performance data to strengthen positioning and commercialization efforts.
- Bring customer and market insights into product discussions to help inform future investments and priorities.
- Partner across Product, Sales, Marketing, Competitive Intelligence, and Analyst Relations to ensure a consistent and differentiated market presence.
