Responsibilities

  • →Consult with clients to deliver a comprehensive ADP solution
  • →Guide and drive the client towards the best solution for their business needs
  • →Analyze existing systems, interface requirements, business processes
  • →Partner with clients to understand their business and related needs
  • →Incorporate new processes, tools and approaches when recommending an ADP solution
  • →Utilize broad knowledge to recommend solutions to the client when appropriate
  • →Understand client business issues and concerns and recommend and implement appropriate solution
  • →Build long term relationship and trust
  • →Interact/collaborate with ADP associates in sales and customer service
  • →Exchange routine information with members of client project team, including priorities, timeliness, issues as they arise

Requirements

  • At least 3 years of experience working in a client service/customer service environment
  • At least 1 year of business consulting experience.

Preference will be given to candidates who have the following:

  • WorkForce Now experience/knowledge highly preferred.
  • Implementation experience highly preferred.
  • Payroll knowledge including payroll skills for processing Client payrolls. Accuracy and dependability important since errors or omissions can directly impact Client associate paychecks, and errors in reporting can also lead to penalty and interest payments for ADP.
  • Basic knowledge of payroll tax principles and wage and hour laws.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to analyze and resolve problems through effective customer interface and communication.
  • Must be able to work under time constraints to ensure that deadlines are met.
  • Excellent Professional Customer Service Skills.
  • Strong Organizational Skills.
  • Strong Process and documentation skills.
  • Strong Research Skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office applications, especially Word and Excel Proficiency in using PC
