Responsibilities

- →Serves as a liaison between and among regional and group staff departments in order to analyze business requirements and roll out new or revised products, systems and procedures to the regional offices.
- →Participates as a key contributor in the analysis of field business needs as well as in the development and implementation of plans, programs, operating systems and procedures to address them.
- →In medium and small size projects, may function in a project lead capacity with respect to coordinating and overseeing the work of less experienced Field Business Analysts.
- →Monitors and reports to the assigned Project Leader -- Field Business Analysts or Project Manager -- Field Business Analysts the status of assigned projects including identifying any issues which might delay final results or deliverables.
- →Analyzes the impact of new or revised products, programs, systems and procedures on regional operations. Identifies potential problems and participates as a key contributor in resolving them with other departments.
- →Develops resources to support regional operations as it pertains to implementing new products, programs, systems and procedures.
- →Maintains a strong knowledge of applicable products, regional operating systems and procedures by participating in focus groups, product committees and business conferences, as well as visiting regional offices.
Based on a strong level of knowledge of ADP products, regional functions, regional operating systems and procedures, this position participates as a key contributor in the development and implementation of new or revised ADP products, programs, operating systems and procedures among all Employer Services regional offices. For medium and small size projects, this position may function in a lead capacity overseeing the work of less experienced Field Business analysts. Effective communication skills are required since this position serves as a liaison between and among regional and group staff departments in order to analyze business requirements, participate in the development of project plans and implement new programs and products.
Requirements
~1 min read- Education: Bachelors Degree in Business Administration required or the equivalent in education and experience.
- Experience: 7+ experience.
Preference will be given to candidates who have the following:
- Strong knowledge of all functions in the regions and all ADP products including AP+, APII, Easypay, IPP and HR Partner.
- In-depth knowledge of service and operations workflow methods and procedures and ADPs various operating systems essential.
- This level of experience is typically acquired after a minimum of seven years of client services and operations experience in an Employer Services regional and group staff function.
- Good written and verbal communication skills are necessary.
- Effective analytical and PC skills are required.
