Responsibilities
~1 min read- Support the Country Head in planning, coordinating, and executing key strategic initiatives across the India organization.
- Track progress against business priorities and ensure timely completion of action items and deliverables.
- Conduct research, gather business insights, and develop recommendations to support leadership decision-making.
- Identify risks, dependencies, and opportunities associated with strategic initiatives and organizational priorities.
- Partner with leaders across functions to collect information, monitor deliverables, and facilitate collaboration.
- Serve as a liaison between the Country Head and business functions to ensure alignment, communication, and execution.
- Maintain leadership action trackers and monitor progress against agreed commitments.
- Coordinate follow-up actions and ensure stakeholder accountability.
- Collect, consolidate, and analyze business data from multiple functions to support leadership reviews and decision-making.
- Develop executive reports, dashboards, and summaries that provide visibility into key business metrics and priorities.
- Support preparation of quarterly business reviews, operational reviews, and leadership meetings.
- Identify trends, insights, and improvement opportunities that enhance organizational effectiveness.
- Prepare high-quality presentations, briefing materials, executive reports, and leadership communications.
- Support planning and execution of town halls, leadership forums, all-hands meetings, and employee engagement initiatives.
- Assist in drafting leadership communications and organizational updates.
- Ensure consistency, professionalism, and quality across executive-facing materials.
- Maintain and enhance leadership SharePoint sites, repositories, and collaboration platforms.
- Organize and manage strategic documents, project updates, meeting materials, and business records.
- Support governance processes including meeting planning, agenda management, documentation, and action tracking.
- Establish and maintain effective operating rhythms and communication channels.
- Coordinate leadership meetings, workshops, off-sites, and key organizational events.
- Support planning and logistics for strategic programs and cross-functional initiatives.
- Ensure seamless execution of events and timely follow-up on action items.
- Partner with HR, Communications, and business leaders on organizational initiatives.
- Drive process improvements related to leadership operations, reporting, communication, and collaboration.
- Develop scalable processes, tools, and frameworks that improve organizational efficiency and visibility.
- Support special projects and ad hoc assignments as directed by the Country Head.
This role is open to candidates based in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India who are able to work in a hybrid capacity.
Requirements

- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Management, Life Sciences, Technology, or a related field.
- 5+years of experience supporting business operations, strategy execution, program management, project Management, consulting, executive offices, or related operational leadership roles.
- Demonstrated experience partnering with senior leaders and managing cross-functional initiatives that require coordination across multiple stakeholders and business functions.
- Strong analytical skills with experience analyzing data and translating insights into actionable recommendations, executive summaries, dashboards, and leadership reports.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint, including development of executive-level presentations, business reviews, reporting materials, and leadership communications .
- Sit or stand for extended periods of time at stationary workstation
- Regularly carry, raise, and lower objects of up to 10 Lbs.
- Learn and comprehend basic instructions
- Focus and attention to tasks and responsibilities
- Verbal communication; listening and understanding, responding, and speaking
