• Shift: 4- 10's 08:00-18:30**
• Utilizes basic hands-on computer knowledge. 
• Demonstrates clinical competence in relevant areas of acute care nursing.
• Provides patient-centric customer service with strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Floats between assignments as needed to provide comprehensive patient care. Communicates effectively, both verbally and in writing, and documents information accurately.
• Remains calm and focused during stressful and emotionally charged situations. * Deals efficiently and effectively with a wide variety of individuals.
• Applies knowledge of regulatory requirements to ensure compliance.
• Moves or lifts patients and equipment safely.
• Works flexible hours, including rotating call and weekends. Other duties as assigned.

• Good oral, written, and communication skills. [Required]
• Must be able to continuously prioritize multiple duties. [Required]
• Must be familiar with medical terminology. [Required]
• Communication, interpersonal, and basic computer skills required. [Required]
• Employee conduct must reflect professional standards as expected in a healthcare setting. [Required]
• Completion of basic arrhythmias identification course in orientation. [Required]
• Unit specific competency must be met per the orientation pathway. [Required]
• Knowledge of computerized documentation systems such as Cerner is preferred.
• Phlebotomy experience preferred.
• Previous hospital or nursing home experience preferred.

• High School Grad or Equiv [Required]

• 1+ year of applicable PCT experience [Preferred]

Certain positions are subject to Florida Level 2 background screening, including fingerprinting, as required by state law.
