Responsibilities

  • Collaborates with physical, occupational, speech-language, and music therapists, as well as early childhood special educators and BCBA.

  • Works with leadership team and social worker on individual child and family needs and accessing community resources.

  • Trains and educates students, interns, volunteers, and patient’s family members.

  • Supports staff by maintaining a clean and hygienic environment.

  • Organizes data and individual children’s programs daily.

  • Maintains organization in the classroom and other areas.

  • Builds professional relationships with co-workers by being considerate of workloads and assisting with duties.

  • Basic computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office [Required]

  • Must be able to read, write, and speak conversational English [Required]

  • Entry level competency of behavior analytic practice with young children [Preferred]

  • Bachelor's [Required]

  • 1+ years of position-related experience [Required]

  • Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) [Preferred]

  • First Aid CPR AED (CPR AED) [Preferred]

  • Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) [Preferred]

  • NonViolent Crisis Intervention Program [Preferred]
