• → Conduct comprehensive speech and language evaluations to determine patient needs.
• → Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in accordance with physician orders and agency standards.
• → Provide therapeutic interventions targeting speech, language, voice, cognitive-communication, and swallowing disorders.
• → Educate patients and families on communication strategies, compensatory techniques, and safe swallowing practices.
• → Assess and document patient progress, modifying treatment plans as clinically appropriate.
• → Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure continuity of care and optimal outcomes.
• → Communicate effectively with clients, families, caregivers, and physicians.
• → Maintain compliance with all legal, ethical, and professional standards.

• →Degree from an accredited SLP program.
• →Current licensure as a Speech Language Pathologist in the state of Michigan.
• →CPR certification.
• →Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• →Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• →Flexibility to adapt to changing client needs and schedules.
