About the Role

5+ years of professional software engineering experience.
Proven experience building and deploying production-grade applications using Elixir and/or Python.
Strong understanding of software engineering principles, design patterns, and development best practices.
Experience developing and maintaining scalable distributed systems.
Strong communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively across teams.
Demonstrated ability to independently drive projects and manage competing priorities.
Passion for continuous learning and staying current with evolving technologies.

Preferred

Experience working with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
Experience with containerization and orchestration technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.
Proficiency with PostgreSQL and/or NoSQL databases.
Previous experience mentoring engineers or serving in a technical leadership capacity.
Experience working within healthcare technology, health data, medical imaging, or regulated environments.
Familiarity with data-intensive applications, APIs, and large-scale platform development.
