About the Role
~2 min readAero is looking for an Experience Specialist to join our Aspen team. As a Host, you will be the face of Aero in our Aspen Private Terminal, and operate as a Ground Security Coordinator (GSC), keeping our guests and teammates safe through your deep understanding of TSA procedures and requirements.

Serve as an on-the-ground representative for Aero, providing a consistent, premium presence for arriving and departing flights.

Perform all duties of a trained Ground Support Coordinator (GSC) and screener in accordance with Aero standards and regulatory requirements.

Greet and assist VIP guests throughout the arrival and departure experience, proactively resolving any issues to ensure a seamless journey

Represent the Aero brand with professionalism and poise in uniform, acting as an ambassador to guests, partners, and airport personnel.

Experience working in guest-facing roles (private aviation or luxury hospitality preferred)

As this is a (DOT) safety-sensitive position as defined in 14 CFR part 120[1]: All prospective employees are subject to pre-employment testing and random testing throughout employment for the following drugs and their metabolites: Marijuana, Cocaine, Amphetamines, Opioids, and Phencyclidine (PCP)

Able to meet the physical requirements of the role: working on your feet for at least 8 hours; walking at a fast pace; moving, pulling, carrying, or lift at least 50 lbs; occasionally kneeling, bending, carrying, and assisting around the aircraft

Excellent communication skills

Flexibility and willingness to work a schedule that includes early mornings, nights, weekends and holidays

Able to commute to/from Aspen Airport (KASE) in less than 60 minutes
