Project Manager (Mobility & Infrastructure)

Work Location:Main - 6 Ang Mo Kio Electronics Park Road / Site - Changi Prison  

Responsibilities:
• To generate project schedule for the entire project lifecycle (to be align with main con schedule) and revise when necessary.
• To generate Project Management Plan for QAD and Management Review.
• To liaise with QA for documentation numbers.
• To generate cash flow for job opening.
• To provide budget for every sub system to System Team.
• To liaise with project financial controller and finance for PB/BG/Insurance etc.
• To liaise with Procurement and Legal for any contract related matters (contract to vendors).
• To generate installation related material BQ and sub-contractor scope of work for sub-contractor tender.
• To conduct sub-contractor scope of work tender briefing.
• To work with procurement for best sourcing and pricing before award of sub-contractor.
• To track schedule and material procurement.
• To track main con schedule and revert on impact of slippage to client/consultant and main con.
• To track project cost and perform timely sales pick up.
• To generate/ submit progress claim.
• To generate and submit variation orders.
