Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8am to 5:30pm (OT may required on Weekend)

Job Description:

Assist Warehouse Manager in running and overseeing the daily operations of Material Management(MM) Dept. Ensure department performance met the customer’s contractual Key Performance Indicator (KPI).
Manage daily MM Dept operations, includes Order Fulfillment, Shelf-Life monitoring and Cyclical Inventory Counts.
Lead the MM team to ensure that all Order Pick & Pack, Inventory Counts and Adhoc operations activities are well coordinated.
Manage ad-hoc activities and exceptional cases, such as inventory discrepancy and support Navy Exercises.
Compile and computing of monthly transactions Performance Reports.
Ensure filing and documentations are completed in an efficient and systematically order for easy retrieval.
Ensure proper housekeeping and compliance with the safety regulation.
Manage manpower distribution on activity-based requirement.
Attend to monthly ROP checks by the authority.
Provide on-job training to the warehouse staff.
Perform Shift Duty Executive role to ensure Silent Hour Requests are attended to.
Any other tasks assigned by the Warehouse Manager

Requirement:

Salary Range : $2,500 - $3,900
