Aeva 4D LiDAR sensors uniquely detect instant velocity in addition to 3D position, allowing autonomous devices like vehicles and robots to make more intelligent and safe decisions. 
 
Role Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and self-motivated Product Inventory Specialist to support inventory management and logistics operations. This role requires strong organizational skills, accuracy, and a proactive approach to maintaining efficient inventory processes
  • Maintain and optimize inventory operations throughout the full lifecycle, from receipt to final disposition of materials
  • Generate and analyze inventory reports to support cross- functional teams
  • Identify and implement improvements to inventory tracking and control processes
  • Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure proper documentation to support stock accuracy
  • Process incoming inventory transactions and collaborate with accounting to resolve discrepancies between receipts and invoices
  • Update and maintain the inventory database, including data entry for received and consumed materials
  • Support inventory-related activities such as material kitting, packing, and labeling
  • Inspect incoming shipments for damage or inconsistencies and coordinate with, quality, materials, and accounting for proper
    resolution and documentation.
  • Work with quality team to determine disposition MRB material.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in inventory control or a related field
  • Working knowledge of inventory management principles and best practices in a warehouse or stockroom environment
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in data entry and data management, including advanced skills in Microsoft Excel (e.g., PivotTables, VLOOKUP)
  • Exceptional attention to detail, with strong time management and organizational abilities
  • Ability to lift and carry materials up to 25 pounds; experience operating warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks.
  • Experience with Google Sheets and ERP systems (e.g., NetSuite, SAP, or Oracle
