Your Responsibilities:

• Efficiently manage multiple drivers and resolve issues as they arise
• Act as the communication point between brokers and truck drivers
• Handle customer calls, resolve queries, and address complaints
• Work with transport management systems and dispatch software
• Set expectations, gather information, and collaborate with other teams to meet goals

What We Expect:

• Excellent communication skills with the ability to remain calm under pressure
• Basic computer skills; experience with dispatch and trucking software is a plus
• Strong customer service skills, including planning and order management
• Ability to multitask, problem-solve, and stay detail-oriented in a fast-paced environment
• Flexibility to work day shifts and occasional middle shifts as needed
• Team-building mindset with a drive to succeed

Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 15:00 to 00:00
