The role
This role sits at the intersection of our three leadership-facing workstreams: Activate Leader delivery for enterprise clients, Leadership Cohort program design and facilitation, and internal facilitator development. It reports to the Director of Accelerator and works closely with the CEO on content design and delivery calibration.
This is a senior, hands-on role that combines facilitation delivery with learning design and internal capability building.
Workstream 1: Activate Leaders - Enterprise client delivery
Deliver the leadership layer of our enterprise AI programs. These are in-person sessions for General Managers and senior leaders nominated by the client, run as small interactive groups of approximately 15 attendees.
Workstream 2: Leadership Cohort - design and delivery
Co-design the Leadership Cohort program with CEO, then own the facilitation and ongoing iteration. This is our cohort-based leadership development product – distinct from the Activate Leader masterclasses in that it runs as a structured multi-session program with different companies’ leadership.
Future Workstream: Internal L&D - facilitator development
Build and run Pathfindr’s internal facilitator development capability. As we scale delivery across more clients and programs, we need a structured way to onboard new facilitators into our methodology and continuously develop the existing bench.

- Co-deliver Activate Leaders for Enterprise customers with Dawid initially to calibrate on tone, depth, and the Pathfindr way, then transition to solo delivery.
- Tailor session content to each client’s context, industry, and audience
- Produce session recordings and supporting resources for each engagement
- Contribute to evolving the Activate Leader methodology
Workstream 2: Leadership Cohort - design and delivery
Co-design the Leadership Cohort program with CEO, then own the facilitation and ongoing iteration. This is our cohort-based leadership development product – distinct from the Activate Leader masterclasses in that it runs as a structured multi-session program with different companies’ leadership.
- Co-design the Leadership Cohort curriculum, session flow, and participant experience
- Own facilitation of cohort sessions once the program design is established
- Work with Academy team to develop session materials, facilitation guides, and supporting resources
- Iterate on program design based on participant feedback and delivery learnings
Future Workstream: Internal L&D - facilitator development
Build and run Pathfindr’s internal facilitator development capability. As we scale delivery across more clients and programs, we need a structured way to onboard new facilitators into our methodology and continuously develop the existing bench.
- Design and deliver onboarding for new facilitators joining Pathfindr - covering methodology, session design principles, facilitation standards, and client expectations
- Build ongoing skill development programming for the existing facilitator bench - including observation, feedback, peer learning, and targeted coaching
- Create facilitator playbooks, session design templates, and quality standards that codify the Pathfindr way
- Identify skill gaps across the facilitator team and design interventions to close them
- Establish a consistent quality bar for facilitation delivery across all programs and clients
What you’ll bring
Essential:
- Executive presence – experienced at facilitating at GM-and above level audiences
- Strong facilitation craft - you design for interaction, breakout exercises, real-time adaptation
- Learning design capability - you can build a program from a brief, not just deliver someone else’s slides
- Enterprise consulting or corporate L&D experience - you understand how large organisations think, move, and resist change
- Experience developing other facilitators - you’ve coached, observed, given feedback, and lifted the standard of a delivery team
- Comfort with ambiguity and evolving content - AI is moving fast and so are we
- Working knowledge of AI tools (ChatGPT, Copilot, Claude) and their application in business contexts
- Experience facilitating technology adoption or digital transformation programs
- Background in change management, organisational development, or leadership coaching
Compensation & location
Compensation:
- Final package is negotiable based on skills and experience
- Melbourne-based, with national travel for in-person client delivery.
