Welder | ACA - 1st Shift

• →1st Shift Welder: 4:45 am - 3:15 pm
• →Weld materials are primarily aluminum
• →Typical operations include welding aluminum tubing to pads using turntable, back plates and knobs to brackets, hooks to square tubing, pads to extrusions, etc…
• →Weld operator is responsible for all equipment set ups and to perform a proper weld on each part / component.
• →Responsible to complete each discrete jobs by verifying proper material from staged area before welding.
• →Follow weld instructions/requirements from discrete job, access drawings from computer system to verify special requirements.
• →Move/deliver product to next operation.

• Communication – possess strong written and verbal skills
• Attitude – maintains positive outlook and response under pressure.
• Problem Solving – ability to diagnose and recommend solutions to resolve issues
• Detailed – able to keep detailed and accurate records
• Meet production standards for output / efficiency

• High school diploma/GED preferred
• Minimum of two years MIG welding experience required
• Welder certification is a plus
